Er wollte unser 360-Vogelperspektive-System f\u00fcr Betriebsfahrzeuge des Unternehmens kaufen.<\/p>\n<h2>Fallbesprechung<\/h2>\n<p>Am 16. August 2021, um 15 Uhr, kam eine Anfrage von Alibaba. Es handelt sich um eine Anfrage eines Kunden namens KE aus Saudi-Arabien, der nach einem 360\u00b0-Kamerasystem sucht. Er wollte die Spannung des Produkts wissen, wie es auf den Gabelstapler geladen wird, das Zubeh\u00f6r des Produkts, den Preis des Produkts und die Versandkosten nach Saudi-Arabien.<\/p>\n<p>Am Nachmittag desselben Tages haben wir dem Kunden geantwortet, dass die Spannung 12-24 V betr\u00e4gt. Wenn es spezielle Bed\u00fcrfnisse gibt, k\u00f6nnen wir es auch 12 bis 50V machen. Das Produktzubeh\u00f6r umfasst 4 Kameras, 1 Host, 1 Monitor und 4 Verl\u00e4ngerungskabel. KE hat mir Bilder von 2 Arten von Gabelstaplern geschickt.<\/p>\n<p>Bald gaben wir dem Kunden eine JY-BV360-L\u00f6sung und fragten ihn, ob er eine Gabelstaplerkamera ben\u00f6tige, die an der Gabel montiert wird, um die Waren zu \u00fcberwachen. KE sagte, dass er dies im Moment nicht ben\u00f6tige. Nachdem er ein Angebot an den Kunden geschickt hatte, beauftragte KE einen saudischen Agenten namens IG, mit uns zu verhandeln. IG sprach zun\u00e4chst mit uns \u00fcber den Preis und wollte mehr Gewinn erzielen, also fragte ich IG nach der Abnahmemenge. IG sagte, der Kunde habe keinen Kaufplan. Wenn der Mustertest bestanden w\u00fcrde, w\u00fcrde der Kunde alle Gabelstapler in seinem Lager mit unserem 360er-System ausstatten.<\/p>\n<p>Daraufhin teilte ich dem Kunden mit, dass f\u00fcr das Muster der zuvor angegebene Preis gelten w\u00fcrde, und dass sich der Preis bei Gro\u00dfbestellungen je nach Menge verringern w\u00fcrde. Dann fragten wir, ob IG die SABAR-Qualifikation f\u00fcr die Einfuhr der Waren bes\u00e4\u00dfe, da unser Verkaufsleiter sehr erfahren im Export von Waren nach Saudi-Arabien war. IG sagte, sie h\u00e4tten die SABAR-Qualifikation f\u00fcr die Einfuhr der Waren und sagte uns, wir sollten uns keine Sorgen machen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Proforma-Rechnung wurde in der Nacht \u00fcber Alibaba an die Kunden versandt, und IG zahlte um 3 Uhr morgens Ortszeit.
