Recently, the management of Luview China visited the company’s overseas production base in Penang, Malaysia, for a multi-day inspection and exchange initiative. During the visit, the leadership not only gained an in-depth understanding of the production operations and the working conditions of the local team at the Luview Malaysia factory but also specially arranged a carefully prepared afternoon tea for all staff. This gesture was extended to express gratitude and care for the hard work and dedication of the employees at Luview’s Malaysia factory.

Luview Shenzhen Headquarters was established in 2006 and boasts a 19-year history to date. It is renowned for the research, development, production, and sales of vehicle monitoring systems, including car displays, vehicle cameras, and parking sensors. The Malaysia factory serves as a crucial component of Luview’s global supply chain, primarily responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of certain core products.

During this inspection visit, we focused on touring key departments at the Luview Malaysia factory, including the production workshops, quality inspection lines, and warehousing and logistics sections. We engaged in face-to-face discussions with local management personnel and frontline employees to gain a detailed understanding of the production processes, technical challenges, and daily operational management. Furthermore, we exchanged insights on topics such as efficiency enhancement and quality assurance.

Overseas factories serve as a solid cornerstone of Luview’s global strategy, and every employee is a valued asset to the company. To express gratitude for the staff’s hard work, the company leadership specially arranged a warm afternoon tea event for all on-duty employees at the Luview Malaysia factory on the day of the inspection. A variety of refreshments were provided, including local specialty beverages, pastries, and fruits.

This inspection has strengthened the connection between Luview China Headquarters and its overseas production base in Malaysia. Moving forward, the company will continue to enhance support for its overseas teams, promote talent localization, and plan to allocate more resources to employee welfare and cultural integration.
