On December 3rd, with the joint efforts and support of all colleagues, Luview’s second proposal improvement activity came to a successful conclusion. This event not only showcased the innovative spirit and professional capabilities of our team but also injected new momentum into the company’s continuous development.

Background and Objectives

As market competition becomes increasingly fierce, the company needs to continuously optimize internal processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs to maintain competitiveness. To this end, we organized the second proposal improvement activity, aimed at stimulating employees’ awareness of innovation and encouraging everyone to propose practical and feasible improvement plans, thereby promoting the enhancement of the company’s overall operational level.

Event Overview

Since its launch, the proposal improvement activity has received a positive response from all employees. After a month of effort, we received a total of 19 proposals covering various aspects such as production line optimization, management process improvement, product technology innovation, and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Each proposal went through a rigorous review, and ultimately, all proposals were adopted and implemented. It is estimated that through the implementation of these proposals, the company can save about 360,000 yuan in costs annually. Together with the results of the first proposal improvement activity, the total annual savings from both activities are expected to reach 540,000 yuan.

These proposals not only reflect the wisdom and creativity of colleagues but also their strong sense of responsibility and mission for the company’s development. From every detail of the production line to every link in the management process, from every technical point of the product to every detail of cost control, each proposal embodies everyone’s efforts.
