We beantwoordden deze aanvraag binnen 2 uur, maar kregen geen antwoord meer. Na het surfen op zijn website zeer zorgvuldig, vonden we verrassend dat hij onze nauwkeurige potenti\u00eble klant op hetzelfde gebied, dus ik ben erg enthousiast om zijn informatie te houden aan mijn lijst van potenti\u00eble klanten. Ik ontdekte dat deze klant meer dan 10 jaar rijke aankoopervaring heeft in onze autobeveiligingsindustrie na zorgvuldig onderzoek en analyse van zijn website. Daarom heb ik hem in november 2021 de eerste ontwikkelingsbrief gestuurd. Hij heeft het gelezen, maar heeft niet geantwoord. Een maand later stuurde ik de tweede ontwikkelingsbrief. De ontwikkelingsbrief werd nog steeds gelezen maar niet beantwoord, en toen bleef ik hem maandelijks ontwikkelingsbrieven sturen, in totaal ongeveer vijf of zes ontwikkelingsbrieven over andere onderwerpen.<\/p>\n<h3>Follow-up klant<\/h3>\n<p>Aangezien ik verschillende ontwikkelingsbrieven heb gestuurd, had de klant een algemene indruk van mij en wist hij dat wij een fabrikant van auto-elektronica zijn. Uiteindelijk stuurde hij me om 19.00 uur op 2 maart 2022 een nieuw productonderzoek over onze klassieke achteruitkijkflipcamera.<\/p>\n<p>Firstly, he confirmed the connector of the cable with me. Later, he added a new function, which requires our camera cover will be automatically open when powered on, and automatically close when powered off. After confirmation with our engineer in R&amp;D department, we can meet his needs. We are very happy to tell him this news and want to know whether he has a firm order demand, so asked the approximate quantity and estimated order time.<\/p>\n<p>Hij zei echter: \u201dWe schorten momenteel alle aankopen op. Door de gewapende aanval van Rusland op Oekra\u00efne is de verkoop erg zwak en de valuta, waaronder de dollar, is erg duur.\u201d Ik was op dat moment erg ontmoedigd, omdat er op dat moment geen nieuwe bestellingen waren en het 4 maanden geleden was dat ik bij ons bedrijf kwam werken en er slechts twee nieuwe klanten waren bijgekomen. Toen heb ik in onze wekelijkse vergadering ook aan mijn directeur gemeld dat deze Poolse klant nog geen orders had. Mijn verkoopdirecteur is erg vooruitziend en vertelt me dat het in orde is. De klant heeft nu nog geen order, maar in de toekomst zullen er wel orders komen. Wat wij moeten doen is voldoen aan de vraag van de klant en een oplossing bieden. Als alles goed is, zal hij bestellingen plaatsen.<\/p>\n<h3>Oplossing<\/h3>\n<p>Met de overtuiging dat we niet om orders moeten vragen, maar eerst de behoeften van klanten moeten oplossen, blijf ik met klanten communiceren. Hij is erg professioneel omdat hij ons veel details vroeg over hoe onze technici aan deze nieuwe functie zouden werken en hoe we dit op 10 maart zouden bereiken. Ik heb onmiddellijk onze cameraprojectdirecteur gebeld om het werkingsprincipe te bespreken en heb deze klant snel een professioneel antwoord gestuurd.<\/p>\n<p>Op 11 maart vroeg hij naar de prijs van 100 stuks. Het duurde slechts minder dan een uur om de offerte te sturen naar hem. Toen vroeg hij om hem te sturen de PI van 100st, in een keer na het krijgen van offerte, en plaatste een order voor 100 direct zonder het testen van monsters. Ik gaf hem PI toen. Een half uur later, we waren super blij om zijn overschrijving bank slip ontvangen. Voordat hij de bestelling plaatste, zei hij iets dat me diep ontroerde, hij zei \u201cIk heb geen monsters nodig omdat ik kan zien dat jullie een fatsoenlijk bedrijf zijn\u201d. Ik voelde me op dat moment erg gelukkig en gelukkig. Mijn inspanningen en toewijding werden door hem erkend. Dit is mijn derde nieuwe klant en hij heeft het volste vertrouwen in ons, ook al hebben we elkaar nog niet ontmoet en heeft hij toch direct een bulkorder geplaatst.<\/p>\n<p>Op 26 april 2022, de klant heeft herhaald een 100st bestellingen voor andere nieuwe producten. We koesteren deze klant. Hij brengt ons de informatie die we nodig hebben vanuit het oogpunt van de gebruiker. Onze missie is \u201cHet rijden veiliger maken\u201d.
