Omdat het Chinees Nieuwjaar was in 2022. We ontvingen een e-mail van S met als onderwerp \u201dkan iemand contact met me opnemen? In de e-mail zei S dat hij ge\u00efnteresseerd was in het waterdichte lcd-scherm en meer informatie nodig had. Hij hoopte dat iemand contact met hem kon opnemen.<\/p>\n<h3>Casusbespreking<\/h3>\n<p>Onze verkoopmanager Joy nam telefonisch contact op met de klant, vroeg naar de behoeften van de klant en vernam dat de klant onze 7 inch waterdichte monitor JY-M755, zijzichtcamera JY-668 en een verlengkabel van 5 meter wilde. S vertelde dat dit een nieuwe onderneming was met een nieuw bedrijf, dat ze hun in het VK gebouwde RADAR wilden verbeteren en dat ze dachten dat ons kwaliteitsproduct daar fantastisch bij paste.<\/p>\n<p>We stuurden de offerte die avond naar S en de klant bepaalde snel het aantal monsters nadat hij de offerte had ontvangen. De volgende dag kwam S naar me toe en zei dat de camera in zijn hand een beeldhoek van 150\u00b0 had in plaats van de 120\u00b0 die in de offerte stond. We legden S uit dat de lens van de camera achter het glas zit en geen 150\u00b0 kan bereiken. Als een 150\u00b0camera nodig is, moet deze worden vervangen door een JY-668B met een belichte cameralens. S zei dat hij het uiterlijk hetzelfde wilde houden, maar dat de hoek 150\u00b0 moest zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Later legden we de klant uit dat het veroorzaakt kan worden door verschillende testmethoden. S zei dat hij me graag de monsters in zijn hand wilde sturen. Na lang wachten kregen we het monster na 10 dagen van de klant op de DHL-vestiging en we regelden meteen de test. Na vergelijking bleek dat de hoek van onze JY-668 camera bijna gelijk was aan de hoek van het monster in de hand van de klant.<\/p>\n<p>Daarna maakte ik een tabel met de hoekvergelijking en testfoto's van de twee camera's en stuurde die naar de klant. Na ontvangst van de e-mail bevestigde de klant het hoekprobleem en betaalde die avond voor 2 sets monsters. De monsters werden binnen 7 werkdagen naar de klant gestuurd en de klant was zeer tevreden na de test. S onderhandelt nu over een bestelling van de resterende 1000 sets.<\/p>\n<p>Hartelijk dank voor het vertrouwen van de klant in onze producten, en we hopen op meer samenwerkingsmogelijkheden met S!<\/p>\n<p>Zelfs tijdens de voorjaarsvakantie werken we nog steeds achter de computer, altijd klaar om e-mails van klanten te beantwoorden en behoeften van klanten op te lossen!
