Since its launch, the proposal improvement activity has received a positive response from all employees. After a month of effort, we received a total of 19 proposals covering various aspects such as production line optimization, management process improvement, product technology innovation, and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Each proposal went through a rigorous review, and ultimately, all proposals were adopted and implemented.
