After a month of effort, we received a total of 19 proposals covering various aspects such as production line optimization, management process improvement, product technology innovation, and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Each proposal went through a rigorous review, and ultimately, all proposals were adopted and implemented. It is estimated that through the implementation of these proposals, the company can save about 360,000 yuan in costs annually.
