On 1st October 2021, a windy day, We received an enquiry from our Indian customer AH about our Dash Cam from Alibaba. After a short discussion, i understood that the client is looking for a powerful and IATF 16949 certified factory that the product must by developed & manufacturer by this factory directly. This is because the client sells to the car manufacturer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates directly.

These conditions may not make it easy for a customer to find the right factory, but for us at LUVIEW, these requirements are what we are now implementing and we are the exact manufacturer he is looking for.

So, I asked the customer about the functional requirements of the Dash cam, as well as the appearance requirements, the customer said that they wanted a universal dash cam with screen appearance, GPS, WIFI, G-sensor, PARK MODE, 1080P, 2MP, SONY senor, and 3000PCS for a first order. I quickly determined that the A970-2 met all of the customer’s requirements perfectly. Within 10 minutes I had prepared all document for the A970-2, such as video, HD product picture, parameters, accessories, and packaging etc.

As expected, the customer complimented the appearance of this product and was also very satisfied with the available features. And asked us to make a quotation for a quantity of 3,000 units. On the same day, we offered the customer an advantageous pricing.

The next day the customer confirmed 6 samples for testing.

Five days later, the customer’s samples were ready and as a sales, I made a sample label on the product and packaging box for the customer, so that he could recognize where the samples came from at the first eyes.

After the shipment, I sent tracking number and attached an airway bill, as well as a video of the shipment to the customer.

A week later, the customer received our sample and once again affirmed our attentive service and said that our product function was very stable. Moreover, the customer asked if it was possible to remove the GPS function. This was certainly possible and our engineers quickly confirmed and promptly calculated the pricing without GPS for the customer.

The client appreciated our quick reply and soon the client’s quality department sent a request for audit factory, which we enthusiastically accepted and showed our specific structure of 16,000 square meters, 6 floors, 280+ people, which includes 35 people in R & D, and 5 other departments. We also demonstrated our strictly IATF16949 production system, and our 6S staff manual. The client was very satisfied with our company.

Although the big project is still waiting for the customer’s confirmation, the customer said that he is very confident to work with us and also appreciates our positive cooperation.
